Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Romanian holidays).

Processing Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Same day processing
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Next business day processing
  • Weekend orders: Processed on Monday
  • Holiday orders: Processed on next business day

Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing may take 2-3 business days. We'll notify you of any delays.

We currently do not ship to:

Non-EU countries, military bases, or restricted areas. For special delivery requirements, please contact our customer service.

Delivery Notifications

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery:

  • Signature required for orders over 500 RON
  • Delivery attempts: Up to 3 times
  • Safe place delivery available (at customer request)
  • Neighbor delivery option available

What to expect:

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). If you're not available, they'll leave a delivery card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
